  • At least 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity per week (e.g., brisk walking; wheelchair use);
  • At least 1 hour and 15 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity per week (for example, jogging or wheelchair basketball);
  • Or a weekly combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity aerobic physical exercises.
